Terms of Service

By using AXION AI HUB, purchasing a product or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these terms and applicable laws.

Platform use

• AI outputs may contain errors and must be reviewed before material business, legal, financial, medical or other consequential use.
• You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that your use is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.
• External providers, affiliate destinations and third-party services remain subject to their own terms and availability.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Stripe processes payments. Plan changes may create prorated charges or credits. Cancellation and invoice management are available through the billing portal where supported.

Media Credits and API Capacity

Media Credits and prepaid API Capacity are service units, not stored value or currency. They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred outside AXION or used after the underlying account/subscription becomes ineligible. Provider failures that occur after a media-credit reservation are refunded automatically when the system can verify the failure.

Agency Launch Annual

Agency Launch Annual combines a recurring Agency Pro Annual subscription with a one-time Agency OS Team 10 digital license in the same Stripe checkout. The first payment is currently US$1,089: US$790 for the annual subscription plus US$299 for the one-time Team 10 license. Subsequent annual renewals currently include only the Agency Pro Annual subscription at US$790/year unless pricing is prospectively changed with notice and subject to applicable rights. Cancelling the subscription stops future subscription renewals but does not convert, expand or transfer the digital license.

Digital products and team licenses

Digital packs are licensed, not sold as intellectual-property ownership. Unless a product states otherwise, the purchaser may use the included materials for their own operations and client work but may not redistribute, sublicense or resell the source pack as a competing product. Extended Team licenses for Agency OS 500 permit internal source-file access only within the licensed organization and only up to the named-user limit shown at checkout. Team licenses do not authorize public redistribution, resale, sublicensing, source-pack sharing with clients or third parties, or white-label resale of the source files.

Referral Program

Eligible Pro-family subscribers may receive a private referral link. Referral attribution lasts up to 30 days in the browser. A qualifying first paid Pro-family invoice from a genuine new Stripe customer may award 50 Media Credits to the referrer. One reward is permitted per referred customer. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent traffic, chargebacks, refunds or abusive behavior may invalidate or reverse rewards. Referral rewards are Media Credits only and have no cash-redemption value.

Featured Partner and Partner Directory annual billing

Featured Partner Annual is currently billed at US$1,990/year and Partner Directory Annual at US$490/year. Each annual plan renews yearly until cancelled and currently represents the equivalent of ten monthly payments for the same placement type. Sponsored placement or directory subscription does not guarantee impressions, clicks, traffic, rankings, leads or revenue. Eligibility, destination safety and subscription status remain subject to AXION placement standards.

Affiliate and sponsored content

Some links may generate affiliate commissions and some placements may be sponsored. Sponsored and affiliate relationships do not guarantee endorsement, ranking, traffic or business results.

Service changes

AXION may change features, limits, provider integrations and pricing prospectively as costs and product capabilities evolve. Existing contractual or statutory rights remain unaffected where applicable.
